Harpreet Sandhu
Real Estate Broker at Right At Home Realty, Brokerage
Harpreet Sandhu has been working in Toronto and GTA real estate since 2012, building a practice around one thing: helping families make decisions they feel confident about. That means straight market data, honest assessments, and a clear process from start to finish.
Over more than a decade in the business, Harpreet has served on TRREB committees, completed over 2,000 hours of professional development, and maintained active memberships with CREA, OREA, TRREB, and RECO. His language skills in English and Punjabi allow him to serve a broader range of GTA clients directly.
The HSR Team works across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Milton, and Oakville. Whether you are a first-time buyer, a growing family upsizing, or someone navigating a sale while shopping for your next home, the approach is the same: structured, data-driven, and honest.
The approach
Data before decisions
Every recommendation is grounded in current TRREB market data. Not gut feel, not urgency. Real comparable sales, real pricing context, real timelines.
Structured process
The HSR Method gives every client the same disciplined framework: Plan, Position, Negotiate, Close. You always know where you are and what comes next.
Straight answers
Real estate is a major financial decision. You deserve a broker who tells you what the data says, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.

Why clients choose the HSR Team
No referral-only model
HSR does not rely on builder referral fees or developer relationships that could influence advice. Every recommendation is based on what works for the client, not what earns a commission uplift.
Bilingual service
Harpreet communicates fluently in English and Punjabi. Many GTA families find it easier to work through complex financial and legal decisions in their first language, and that option is available without needing a translator.
Decade of local market data
Having worked GTA transactions since 2012, Harpreet has firsthand knowledge of how individual streets, school zones, and community developments affect resale value in ways that are hard to capture in automated valuation tools.
Transparent pricing analysis
Before making an offer or setting a list price, clients receive a written comparable sales report showing what similar properties have actually sold for, not asking prices. The goal is to set realistic expectations from day one.
Full representation on buying
Buyer representation is provided at no cost to the buyer. Harpreet negotiates on your behalf and works exclusively in your interest throughout the search, offer, and closing process.
Seller marketing that reaches serious buyers
Every listing includes professional photography, a floor plan, a staging consultation, TRREB distribution through PropTx, and digital advertising. The goal is the right buyer at the right price, not just the fastest sale.
Professional memberships and development
Harpreet has served on TRREB committees and completed over 2,000 hours of professional development courses covering negotiation, contract law, investment analysis, and market economics. He also serves as a Professional Development Specialist at TRREB, playing an active role in shaping the future of the real estate industry. Maintaining an active broker designation (beyond salesperson licensing) reflects a higher threshold of formal training and regulatory responsibility.
As a member of RECO, Harpreet operates under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA), which governs disclosure obligations, multiple representation rules, and client protection requirements in Ontario.
