What does it cost to work with HSR Team as a buyer? +
Nothing out of pocket in a standard transaction. On most resale purchases the buyer agent's commission is paid from the seller's proceeds, so our representation costs you nothing directly. We explain exactly how compensation works for your specific situation before you commit to anything, including the rare cases where it differs.
Do you only handle residential, or commercial too? +
Both. HSR Team works across residential buying, selling, and leasing as well as commercial: office, retail, industrial, land, apartment buildings, and businesses for sale. If your needs span both, such as selling a home while buying an investment property, one team handles it end to end.
Which areas of the GTA do you cover? +
