Sale prices come from sold data through TRREB, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, not from list prices, which can be set high or low as a strategy. As a registered member you can view sold prices and listing history on our search alongside active listings, and we walk you through the comparable sales for any area you are considering.
Can you tell me about the schools in an area? +
