Are these leasing resources really free? +
Yes. Every guide here is free to read, with no sign-up required. And in the vast majority of GTA rentals, tenant representation itself costs you nothing, because the landlord pays the leasing commission. I confirm the arrangement for your specific search before we start, so there are no surprises.
Do I need an agent to rent in the GTA? +
You do not need one, but in a market this competitive it helps a great deal, and it usually costs you nothing. I set up a live TRREB search for you, arrange fast showings, prepare a strong application package, present the offer, and review the lease so you understand every term before you sign.
